Treatment & Services: Please understand that for sanitation reasons we are unable to offer returns on skin care products, physician services and non physician services. We are unable to offer cash refunds on Gift Certificates, nor are Gift Certificates (or a portion thereof) eligible for use as a gratuity.
Right of Refusal:Novo Skincare reserves the right to refuse service to clients for improper conduct. Inappropriate conduct or language during a service will result in instantaneousend of service. We reserve the right to define inappropriate conduct and language.
Cancellation Policy: We attempt to accommodate everyone, please respect the scheduling policies of Novo Skincare. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Without sufficient notice, we end up turning away other clientele. When clients are unable to make their scheduled appointments, we are unable to best service our customers waiting for that spot. Thank your understanding.
Cancellation Fee:We charge 50% of the services booked. This will only be charged to customers who repeatedly miss their appointments and fail to give us cancellation notice.
